ICDIOM 2026 April 10-12, 2026 | Wuhan, China
Welcome to ICDIOM 2026!
2026 International Conference on Digital Intelligence-driven Organization and Management (ICDIOM 2026) will be held in Wuhan, China on April 10-12, 2026. Amid the AI-native wave, organizational management is evolving from modular efficiency improvement to full-link intelligent collaboration, with human-machine synergy and intelligent agent networks emerging as core drivers of transformation. ICDIOM 2026 focuses on this trend, bringing together global academic and industrial elites to build an interdisciplinary international exchange platform. Centering on hot topics such as neural network-based organizational restructuring, AI-driven decision-making mechanisms, competency-oriented talent management, and digital intelligence governance with ethical norms, the conference explores the digital and intelligent transformation path of organizations and management through keynote speeches, case studies, and other formats. It aims to address the challenges of AI application implementation, bridge the gap between theory and practice, co-create a new human-machine symbiotic management paradigm, and provide forward-looking insights and practical solutions for the global digital and intelligent upgrading of organizations.
Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences.
